PDF Submission Checker - Is It Ready to Send?

No. You'll see the exact list of checks that ran and whether each one passed or flagged something, not a made-up score like "87/100" with no real basis. Every result here comes from something actually computed - rendered pixels, extracted text, or the PDF's own rotation metadata.

Each page is rendered small and checked for whether it's almost entirely one uniform color - a strong sign of an accidental blank or stray scanned page. It's a heuristic, so a page that's mostly white with very little content (like a single small logo) could occasionally be flagged too.

The extracted text of every page is compared against every other page's text. Exact matches are flagged as duplicates, and pages with very similar (but not identical) text are flagged as possible duplicates too.

It reads the extracted text and looks for things like a name spelled differently in two places, dates that seem to conflict, or amounts that don't match - the same kind of thing a careful proofreader would flag for you to double-check. It is not exhaustive and can occasionally flag something that's actually fine, or miss a real issue, so treat it as a helpful second pass, not a guarantee.

The deterministic checks (blank pages, duplicates, rotation) run entirely in your browser. Only the plain extracted text - not the file itself - is sent to a free AI model for the AI-assisted pass, and it isn't stored afterward.
