What does "Not certain" mean next to a field?
The AI is explicitly instructed to flag a field this way whenever its label alone doesn't clearly spell out what's being asked - rather than guess confidently and risk being wrong. Treat those fields as ones to double-check against the form's instructions or by asking the issuer directly.
Does it work on scanned or handwritten forms?
It works on both a PDF (its text is extracted directly) and a photo of a paper form (read with AI vision), so scanned and printed forms both work. Very messy handwriting on the form's own field labels can reduce accuracy.
Will it fill out the form for me?
No - it only explains what each field is asking for. You still fill in and submit the form yourself, using the official version from its issuer.
Is my form uploaded anywhere?
