Reporting a bug
Bug reports are especially useful when they include: which tool you were using, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.). A screenshot helps too, if you're able to share one.
Feature requests and new tool ideas
Suggestions for a new tool, or a missing option on an existing one, are welcome by email. Not every idea gets built, but they're all read.
Response time
There's no dedicated support team behind this site, so replies happen on a best-effort basis rather than a guaranteed timeline. Most emails do get a reply.
