Case File Builder
Upload a whole batch of PDFs at once - a contract packet, a submission bundle, a due-diligence set - and run this site's Signature Field Finder, Redaction Leak Checker, Forensic Info Report, Deadline & Date Extractor and Inconsistency Checker against every file, combined into one consolidated table instead of five separate uploads.

الأسئلة الشائعة
Does this replace a lawyer or compliance review?
No. This runs the exact same five checks as the standalone Signature Field Finder, Redaction Leak Checker, Forensic Info Report, Deadline & Date Extractor and Inconsistency Checker tools, just in one batch pass across every file in your set. It surfaces the same signals those five tools already surface, faster - it doesn't replace a lawyer, a compliance team, or a careful human read of every page, and it can miss things a person would catch.
What does each column actually mean?
Signatures: whether the deterministic Signature Field Finder pattern-match found at least one likely signature line ("Signature:", "Sign here", an "X____" line). Redaction leak: whether real, selectable text was found under a detected black box (N/A if the file had no dark boxes at all). Forensic red flags: whether the file's own metadata shows embedded JavaScript and/or more than one incremental save after creation - two factual signals from the Forensic Info Report, rolled into one flag. Deadlines: how many dates the AI-assisted pass extracted. Inconsistencies: whether the AI-assisted pass flagged a possible name, date, amount or address mismatch worth a second look.
How many files can I upload at once?
Up to 10 PDFs per run - lower than some of this site's other bulk tools because each file here runs five checks, including rendering every page to look for redaction leaks, so a full run does roughly five times the work per file.
What happens if one file fails a check?
Only that cell is marked as an error, with the reason available in its detail view. Every other check for that file, and every other file in the batch, still completes normally - one bad PDF doesn't take down the rest of the run.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
The signature, redaction-leak and forensic-metadata checks run entirely in your browser - those files are never uploaded anywhere. The deadline and inconsistency checks send only the extracted text (not the original file) to the server for the AI-assisted pass, exactly like the standalone Deadline & Date Extractor and Inconsistency Checker tools already do.
Can I get a copy of the results?
Yes - "Download summary .csv" saves the consolidated table (one row per file, Yes/No/N-A per check plus the deadline count). The fuller per-file detail shown when you click a cell isn't included in that file.
