Is the invoice photo sent to a server?
The image you submit is sent only to generate that one response, using a free AI model, and is not stored afterward.
What if a field is missing or hard to read on the invoice?
The AI does its best to fill in what it can find, but if the vendor name, invoice number, date or a line item isn't clearly visible in the photo, that field may come back blank or approximate. Every field is editable, so always double check the extracted table - especially the totals - against the original before relying on it.
Can I fix mistakes before downloading?
Yes - the vendor name, date, invoice number, each line item's description/quantity/unit price/total, and the subtotal, tax and grand total due are all editable. You can also add or remove a line item before exporting.
Does it export to a spreadsheet?
Yes - a one-click .xlsx workbook with the vendor/date/invoice-number header, the full line-item table and a bolded total, or a .csv of the line items plus a subtotal/tax/total summary.
