What file formats can I upload?
A .csv file or a .xlsx spreadsheet, as long as the first row is a header row naming each column.
Do I need a column for every field?
No. Map only the columns you have - Name, Phone, Email, Company and Address are all optional, though a contact needs at least a name, phone or email to be included in the result.
Will this create separate files per contact?
No, every contact is combined into a single .vcf file. Most phones and contacts apps (iPhone, Android, Outlook, Google Contacts) can import a multi-contact .vcf file and add every entry in one go.
Is my contacts file uploaded to a server?
No, the file is read and converted entirely in your browser using the same vCard format as the vCard QR Code tool. Nothing is sent anywhere.
